    committed to conducting inspections in accordance with nationally approved standards and ethics.
     

  • I have extensive experience in the construction and property management business - including 10 years of residential and commercial construction as a lead and finish carpenter and 15 years of property management.
     

  • Formal training in the natural sciences has enabled me to develop excellent observational, analytical and communication skills.
     

  • You can assure your clients of a safe and friendly inspection as I am fully familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and have completed classes in conflict management.
     

  • Finally, I am fully insured for your client’s protection.
