I have extensive experience in the construction and property management business - including 10 years of residential and commercial construction as a lead and finish carpenter and 15 years of property management.

Formal training in the natural sciences has enabled me to develop excellent observational, analytical and communication skills.

You can assure your clients of a safe and friendly inspection as I am fully familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and have completed classes in conflict management.
